• The Deposit for Services is in essence a prepaid system, where it is collected as advance payment for all the services we provide:

  • the moment your deposit is paid, we will create a Client Account for you, which records your payment as translated into hours;

  • most services are charged at per hour rates, so as we deliver the tasks assigned in accordance to the number of hours agreed (your account manager will negotiate the hours with you), the remaining hours are carried forward for the next job;

  • some tasks are charged as per their providers on our site, at the rates they determine. We have no control over their rates, but we DO pay them only upon your instruction; and,

  • as your balance nears RM 100, we will send you a reminder to top up your account.
