• We follow a system of assessing needs, designing a process, developing materials, and evaluating effectiveness. 

• We work closely with you as our process requires the analysis and selection of the most appropriate strategies, methodologies, and technologies to maximize the learning experience and knowledge transfer.

• As these are normally project-based by request and not off-the-shelf solutions, we use Michael Allen’s Successive Approximation Model (SAM). 

• The reason for choosing SAM is because it involves shorter design sprints where a prototype is quickly created, reviewed, and revised, with the process repeating until stakeholders are satisfied.
